Our network of community collaborators is diverse and wide-ranging, delivering support and the most up-to-date information as we seek to learn and implement forward-thinking strategies and tools.

The Lighthouse Program

Eskaton and Front Porch collaborate with CITRIS to launch The Lighthouse Project

CITRIS and Lighthouse logoEskaton and Front Porch have launched the pilot at one community site each, with the intention of expanding to a total of six, to serve as a model and roadmap for replication in additional communities.

Meals on Wheels by ACC

Meals on Wheels by ACC logoEskaton is proud to partner with Meals on Wheels by ACC to expand their Telephone Reassurance Program. Today, the program connects over 600 older adults and volunteers from across the country. With this partnership in place, that number could triple to 1,800 before the end of the year.

PRIDE Industries

Pride Industries People Services logoEskaton introduced a job training program for young adults living with autism. Partnering with Pride Industries, Eskaton hosted 15 young adults with autism, along with their job coaches at Eskaton communities.

Eskaton partners with Adventist Health in a Joint Venture

InnovAge logo

Eskaton and Adventist Health have joint-ventured with a nationally-recognized PACE service provider, InnovAge, to bring PACE (Program for all-inclusive care for the elderly) to North Sacramento. PACE services are designed to provide frail, nursing-home qualified older adults who are MediCal and Medicare eligible, the opportunity to receive comprehensive social, medical and therapeutic support at a local Center. Transportation is also provided.

Eskaton partners with K4Connect to deploy Connected-Life Technology in multiple locations throughout California

Eskaton’s multi-community rollout of K4Community highlights its continued commitment to providing life-enriching programs and innovative health and wellness initiatives for residents. The deployment will offer the latest in “connected-life” technology to over 1,000 residents, beginning with Eskaton Village Roseville in early 2018. Other Eskaton locations that will benefit from K4Community Eskaton Connect in 2018 include The Trousdale in the Bay Area Peninsula region, Eskaton Monroe Lodge in Sacramento, Eskaton Lodge Cameron Park and Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay. Additional, Eskaton communities in Carmichael, Gold River, Grass Valley and Placerville will follow soon thereafter in 2019.
